How does Realityradar work?
What Realityradar does, how it watches for new listings and what it costs.
Searching for property today means keeping ten, twenty or even sixty tabs open on different real estate websites, and you still miss the listing that appeared on the portal you weren’t looking at.
Realityradar solves this simply. We collect listings from all relevant real estate portals in the Czech Republic and show them in one place. Instead of watching dozens of sites, you only need to watch one.
As soon as a new listing appears on any of the websites we monitor, Realityradar picks it up within moments and adds it to our database. On average, a new listing shows up on Realityradar within 2 minutes of being published on the original portal, so you see new listings practically in real time, not with an hour’s or a day’s delay as when you browse individual sites by hand.
No. The same property is often advertised in several places at once, for example on Sreality, iDNES and Bazos.cz. Several times a day, Realityradar goes through its database, recognises duplicates and shows you just one listing in the main overview, so the site doesn’t swamp you with five copies of the same apartment.
All the duplicates we find stay at hand, though. On each listing’s page, we compare them with the help of AI by description, location, price and other details. You’ll see straight away whether the same property is offered elsewhere for less or on different terms.
Once you have an account, you can create wishlists: your own lists of properties you’re interested in. Whether you’re looking for an apartment to rent or a building plot, or just want to save a few tips for later, a wishlist keeps everything neatly in one place where you can easily compare properties.
A wishlist doesn’t have to stay just yours. Share it with a link, for example with your partner or an investment partner, and they’ll see the whole list straight away, even 30 properties at once, instead of getting listings from you one by one.
